Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you're purchasing a one-of-a-kind statement piece or designing a custom creation, we're here to make the process as seamless as possible. Below are answers to some of the questions we receive most often.

Customization & Design

Yes. Every piece is fully customizable. Once a deposit is placed, you will select your exact wood slab, resin shades (from crystal clear to deep tinted hues), and metallic or shoreline FX accents.

Apsolutely. We work directly with clients and interior designers to match room dimensions, existing color schemes, and preferred wood species (walnut, olive wood, maple, etc.).

Lead Times & Production

Our standard lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from the date of your deposit and final slab approval. Premium epoxy curing and multi-stage hand-finishing require precise conditions and precise timing—rushing the process risks compromising structural integrity. If you have a firm deadline (such as a move-in date or design opening), let us know during your initial consultation so we can evaluate potential scheduling options.

Warranty & Coverage

Yes. We back every custom build with a Limited Structural Warranty covering craftsmanship defects, seam separations, and epoxy delamination under normal indoor use. It does not cover natural wood movement caused by extreme humidity shifts, intentional misuse, or normal everyday surface wear.

Wood is a natural, living material that reacts to climate. We kiln-dry all lumber to an optimal 6%–8% moisture content before embedding it in epoxy to prevent warping or cracking. Maintaining standard home humidity (35%–55%) ensures your table remains completely stable for generations.

Deposits & Payment

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our production queue and source your materials (slabs, resin, and custom hardware). The remaining 50% balance, plus any applicable shipping fees, is due prior to final crating and shipment.

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, ACH bank transfers, and company checks. Orders paid via check will begin processing once funds fully clear.

Returns, Cancellations & Changes

Because every table is made-to-order and built to your exact specifications, deposits are non-refundable once material sourcing or slab cutting has begun. If you need to cancel prior to material selection, your deposit may be eligible for a partial refund minus a small administrative fee.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we send photos and video approvals at key stages—including slab layout and final finish—so you sign off on your piece before it leaves our shop.

Shipping & Freight Delivery

Yes, we ship across the contiguous United States. For large, custom furniture, we primarily use White-Glove Delivery, which includes bringing the table inside your home, placing it in your room of choice, assembling the base, and removing all packaging materials. Curbside freight delivery is also available upon request.

Every table is secured in a custom-built, fully enclosed wooden crate with high-density foam padding to protect against impact and environmental conditions during transport.

Insurance & Claims

Yes, 100% of your order is fully insured during transit. We cover the piece from the moment it leaves our shop until it is safely set up in your space.

While transit damage is rare, you must inspect the crate and table upon arrival before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and notify us within 24 hours so we can immediately handle the insurance claim and arrange for a repair or replacement.
